Terms

By securing an appointment with Aesthetics Kent, you are agreeing to the following terms.

Deposits & Payments

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Deposits are non-transferable to other individuals or future bookings outside policy terms.

72-Hour Notice Requirement (Mandatory)

  • A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or alter any appointment.
  • Any cancellation, reschedule request, or treatment change made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in:
    • Immediate loss of deposit
    • Prepaid courses, packages, vouchers, or skincare plans being marked as USED and non-redeemable
  • No exceptions.

Change of Treatment Policy

  • All treatment changes require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
  • Failure to provide 72 hours’ notice will result in the original booked treatment being charged in full.

No Shows

  • Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% loss of deposit.
  • Clients who fail to attend without notice may be required to pay in full upfront for all future bookings.
  • Repeated no-shows will result in refusal of future appointments.

Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.
  • Deposit will be retained.
  • Treatment time will not be extended under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • All treatments are non-refundable once administered.
  • Results vary between individuals and refunds will not be given based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic preference.
  • Additional treatment may be required to achieve desired results and will be chargeable.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Aesthetics Kent reserves the right to refuse treatment if:

  • You arrive intoxicated or under the influence
  • You present contraindications
  • You behave inappropriately or aggressively
  • You fail to follow pre-care or aftercare instructions

Medical Cancellations

  • Medical emergencies must be supported with evidence.
  • Approval of deposit transfer is entirely at practitioner discretion.

By booking an appointment, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
